Prior to her work in the lobbying space, Sydnee wrote policy for the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration's substance use and mental health programs through the Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning. Before entering the public affairs industry, Sydnee led member engagement efforts at a local co-working space that has housed a number of successful tech startups and entrepreneurial businesses throughout the state of Indiana.

Sydnee's professional experience working in and outside of the public affairs space has enabled her to develop authentic relationships across all areas of government. Her ability to act as a connector and collaborator has led to a number of successes, millions of dollars, and exponential growth for her clients over the last several years. Working in these environments with stakeholders from all industries has conditioned her to help clients achieve their goals through strategic planning and thoughtful stakeholder engagement. She provides a personalized experience for all of her clients, and approaches her job with integrity and an innovative mindset.

Currently, Sydnee serves as a board member on the Hamilton County Visitor and Convention Commission Board and is an alumni of the Indiana Leadership Forum and Hamilton County Leadership Academy. She has called Hamilton County home for a number of years, and most recently moved to and most recently moved to Westfield where she is raising her daughter, Violet. When she is not on mom duty or running a business, Sydnee spends her time being an avid traveler, national park aficionado, and novice golfer.
